How long a custom order takes
Custom orders run in three stages. Production time and shipping time are separate — shipping starts only after production is finished.
- Artwork & sew-out proof2–6 business daysWe prepare your artwork and stitch a sew-out proof for your approval.
- Production4–10 business daysBegins after you approve the sew-out.
- Shipping1–7 business daysCarrier transit only, after production. The service you pick at checkout sets the speed.
