How it works

From logo to loading dock

  1. Design online or send your logo. Preview it live on any product: front, back, sides, sleeves. See our Size & Placement Guide.
  2. We stitch a proof. On orders $250+, you get a free physical sew-out to approve before the full run.
  3. We produce in-house. Every piece on our commercial machines, with our signature embroidery technique.
  4. It ships to you. Free standard shipping over $35, with faster carriers available at checkout.

Timeline for a team order

Custom orders run in three stages. Production time and shipping time are separate — shipping starts only after production is finished.

  1. Artwork & sew-out proof2–6 business daysWe prepare your artwork and stitch a sew-out proof for your approval.
  2. Production4–10 business daysBegins after you approve the sew-out.
  3. Shipping1–7 business daysCarrier transit only, after production. The service you pick at checkout sets the speed.

Business days are Monday–Friday. Timelines start when your order and artwork are in hand; rush needs? Talk to us before you order.
